All four of the meats we ordered were delicious. The crab Ragoons tasted delicious but we're almost burned, they were so over cooked. The brown rice was disappointing. We love fried rice, the flavores, the veggies, but the brown rice was just flavorless.

Way Too Many Chilies—Could Be Dangerous I ordered a two-item plate with Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef. I understand that Kung Pao Chicken is supposed to have a bit of heat, but the number of whole dried chilies in my meal was outrageous. I pulled out at least a dozen (see photo), and that’s not even counting the ones I might’ve eaten before realizing. This isn’t just about spiciness—someone could genuinely have a medical issue if they unknowingly bit into several of these. A child or someone with a sensitive stomach could end up in serious pain, or worse. Chili peppers like these aren’t meant to be consumed whole, especially not in bulk. Panda Express needs to better control the amount of chilies going into these dishes. A couple for flavor is fine, but what I received was excessive and potentially harmful. Please take this seriously and train your kitchen staff to use discretion. Safety matters.
