Didn't receive items ordered, a large Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup with a bread bowl. Same thing happened last week.
We like Panera's food but there have been more problems with the orders than with any other restaurant.

Overall the food was good but they couldve wrapped the piece of bread instead of just throwing it in there.

They gave me mac and cheese instead of soup. called the store and said they would give me a refund which i havent seen and its been over two weeks. I was on my lunch break so by the time i got ahold of someone i didnt have time to go and pick up another order

Terrible I ordered a Ranch Cobb Salad and it liked like itwas half eaten ! I will n t order from here again. The money you pay and what you get is not worth it
