NEW Tomato Basil BLT was OFF...THE HOOK!!!!!! AND MY DASHER MADE SURE THEY ADDED CHEESE!!!! THIS SHOULD be part of the choices on the app. The sandwich was delicious!!!! And the green tea was FIYAH!!!!!

Everything is always packed so nicely. Had more soup & sandwiches but others already dug in :) all the food is fresh & stayed warm in the great packing of awesome Panera employees. Thank you!! :) delicious too!

Im confused because I paid an extra $3 for a bowl and not a cup. And I got a small cup of brocolli and cheddar :( so that was a waste of money. And then I also paid extra for cream cheese, and didnt get that either?? Also a waste of money. I was really looking forward to it.

I ordered a soup and salad combo. Delivery was prompt- that was not my issue.
My issue was that when I opened my sandwhich, I literally laughed in shock. I ordered the Half Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwhich and it was TINY!!! no where near a "half size." Additionally- it looked NOTHING like the picture. The bread was cold, the chicken was bland, and they slathered the bread in ranch and aioli..., it was also supposed to have full pieces of bacon on it (advertised in the picture)- yet all I got was a few broken crumbles (but they want to charge me premium prices still due to meats like chicken and bacon). The sandwhich was disrespectful is what it was. I will not be ordering from Panera again. Overpriced for poor quality sandwiches. Salad was okay.

The soup wasn't hot at delivery. The fruit was not good quality- melon was hard, pineapple was bruised. Bread was fantastic, as always.
