Someone took my order from where the pickup orders were waiting, but the manager called doordash and remade my order. This was less than 30 minutes before close. Food was alright too.

Both my Grilled Cheese & Creamy Tomato Soup and Cinn Crunch Bagelamon were burnt to a crisp. The bagel even had parchment paper stuck to the burnt part.

the grilled cheese was not grilled, but toasted maybe it was smashed and soggy, not good at all but the soup was fine.
