Bagel was perfectly toasted and the coffee had the perfect ratio of cream and syrup.

This was my first time trying Panera and was disappointed. My bread and spoon were unwrapped (called the store, they no longer wrap them. I understand but it just icks me out because I don't know who or what has touched the spoon and my bread was sitting against the complete bottom of the bag, where things can leak through.) Other than that, I ordered an Iced Unsweet Tea and it tastes very fruity which a refund was given. The sandwich was alright and soup was very sugary?

Panara is one of my very best restaurants. I love the Asiago bagels & cranberry muffins & pecan braids. For the first time I ordered the bacon egg & cheese on ciabatta & was not disappointed. It was a perfect breakfast sandwich

I've been ordering Panera Dozen & a Half Bagels for years. They're always a hit in the office. Today's bagels were the fluffiest I ever seen them. A few co-workers commented on how good they were. Kudos, Panera!

I'm on a purée diet right now due to surgery so Panera was the first place I thought of for broccoli and cheddar soup and a mango smoothie. When I arrived my smoothie was actually pretty melted the manager was swift and friendly about making me a fresh one. Great customer service.
