Love both their soup and sandwich's. Everything I have eaten from Panera has been excellent.

the toast and sandwich were sad... thrown into the bag sideways so everything was shaken apart. hardly any meat on the steak sandwich, the eggs were ice cold like they were pre-made and chilled... pretty disappointed for breakfast over $40.

I got a tiny cup of soup that was like warm. the cheese was mixed in not even melted. the bread bowl was cut but not prepped for soup. it was good but not for the price. I coulve made Campbell's French onion soup and croutons and it be the same .

Food was tasty, but the tuna sandwich had very little tuna salad. I love my Panera, just a little disappointed. Sandwich and Soup/Mac

We placed an order for our office. No napkins, no condiments, no eating utensils. They forgot to add cream cheese to one of the bagels, and they threw the bagels and salad bread loose in with the rest of the food. No one was happy. I don't get it, the one on the West end is excellent. This one came from the east side. Avoid the east location.
