I love Panera's chai. I think theirs might be my favorite because it's a bit more spicy than most other places.

I love Panera bread for their very delicious bagels. however. yesterday I was disappointed for the first time. my bagels looked as if they were tossed inside the bag "Cinnamon Crunch Bagel"!! it wasn't toasted, and the muffin was Chocolate Chip Muffie smashed flat, and that was for a co-worker! I was embarrassed!! when did you guys just place bagels into a big bag without being covered(wrapped)?? it was for breakfast. were yall very busy?? the doordasher was kind of long as well, but I do understand they have more than one drop at times. this was one time I hope😞

I tried the new NEW Rustic Baked Potato Soup and was not impressed.
Also, I was sent a piece of bread (I think it was parmesan) and not a baguette which is what I ordered.
