My bagel sandwich was really good, but my steak and white cheddar sandwich was lacking. Barely any meat, cheese, onions and I had one bite that had the sauce on. It just wasn't worth $13+ for.

I usually love their iced coffee, but this time it was really acid. It almost tasted like rubbing alcohol. I also had a breakfast sandwich which was very good which is why I'm not giving 1 star.

This location struggles to fill accurate orders. The last 3 times I have ordered from this location, they have forgotten one or more items in the order. Additionally, they fail to fulfill the "order checked by" step on the receipt which would prevent this issue from occurring.

Two days in a row this location failed to include items I ordered in the bag. They also failed to do a quality check two days in a row based on the receipt with a missing signature confirming the order was checked.
