I've ordered this salad about 7 times in a 3 week period from this location and it's always fresh and prepared with care. Usually, you start to notice small issues when you order the same thing over and over but I'm impressed at the consistent quality of this salad from this Panera.

never revived the cream cheese and wasnt contacted for a substitute. $8 salad was less than half full. the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel was great
