I didn't realize my food was coming from a new location in Sherman Oaks instead of the Woodland Hills location that I'm used to, but it was apparent something was off when I got my food. The bag was not sealed which should be standard for sanitation reasons. On top of that, the steak and shrimp we ordered were both very tough, dry, and overcooked, and the shrimp was smothered in so much dill it was overpowering. I have never had dill on my shrimp on past orders in person or through Doordash and would not have ordered it if I knew that's how it is seasoned now. The dressing container that came with the salad was 1/4 filled and not nearly enough to properly dress the salad. It also took nearly 2 hours to get my food when the estimated time was under an hour. My dasher kindly communicated to me though when he arrived to pick up the order that he was told he would have to wait 20 more minutes for the food because it wasnt ready. This is not the service or quality of food I am used to from Panini which I order weekly. I hope it is due to the staff at this new location getting acclimated, but I will stick to the Woodland Hills location.

the steak was medium, bu i was happy- it was very flavorful and exactly whati wanted. i used to eat here all the time and remember the pita bread being fresher/softer, but overall glad i ordered. the tiramisu is great too!!

Spent 50.00 and got maybe 3 small pieces of chicken. I usually like this place but this time was different. I will think twice before orderng from then again. I dont like having to give a bad review but you have to do better. Once someone orders and its deliever there is little you can do, and they know this. So the earnest is on them to get it right every tine. No exceptions, cause it aint cheap.

Paid $130 For a very small the amount of food and tasted average and was cold. Family combo said it feeds 6. It feeds 3 lots of salad and rice sndverh small amount of meat
