Whoever made my All-American Breakfast Quesadillas on 10/4/24 did an excellent job. Absolutely stuffed full of eggs, bacon, meat and cheese. Killed it.
Sometimes these All-American Breakfast Quesadillas can be a total let down. Completely missing or hardly any ingredients , but when they're not... lemme tell you something. These are the cheapest priced, most filling, tastiest thing you can order on doordash.

It's rare that I order from one place twice in the same day, but Papa Corazon quesadillas is officially a legend in my book. For breakfast I had the all-american quesadilla and it was exceptionally fresh and everything in it was made with REAL food items - it tasted like it all was freshly prepared, no frozen hash browns, no liquid eggs from a milk jug, only real bacon that was fried up fresh, and the tortilla chips were handmade, also very fresh and very tasty with a good crunch. At lunch I attempted to capture lightning in a bottle twice in one day and Papa Corazon did exactly that with the steak fajita quesadilla. I've used the word fresh four times in this review so I'll stop there, but I am hopeful that whosoever reads this will get the gist. Papa Corazon will not disappoint!

Old grease was used to cook the food. To go container was dripping in oil, tots were horrible because of rancid grease being used. I will say portions are generous but grease needs to be changed more often. Will not try again.

These are the "quesadillas" . The tortillas were harder than the chips . Def NOT what we expected when ordering , nor was it anywhere close to being worth 20$ per combo.
