The Pizza was excellent, tasted great, was made perfect, and believe it ornot it was still hot when it arrived, and it was cold outside.

I am so frustrated. I have loved Papa Johns Puzza for 25 years but this is just not acceptable. This is the second time This has happened. I ordered a gluten free crust with extra spinach and extra tomates with Alfredosauce. There was minimal stuff on HALF the pizza. I am happy to pay for extras but I am done with paying $20 for a small pizza with not much on it!

You may wantto consider the Papa John App. I purchased an XXL PIZZA - I was unaware the same pizza I paid 27$ for could be purchased for $13.

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It tasted like I was eating plastic, and the dough under the toppings was still gooey and not cooked all the way. Will never order again.
