good food just don't follow directions well always order square cut but always get normal cut but no other complaints

My experience has been consistently poor. Ive always loved papa johns and the flavor is still the same good flavor but every time I order my pizza is under cooked and floppy. I cant hardly eat it. I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on.
