Ordered this 2 other times and it was great. However, this time, it was terrible. Barely any meat on the cheesesteaks, fries were stale, chicken was burnt. Whatever kitchen you used for this order, I wouldnt do it again.

I ordered from them because the last timeo got food from them it was delicious. I hate to say I very dissapointed. The fries didn't even have salt on them much less the spice they had last time. The brownie was cold and just put into a paper bag. No wrapping no nothing. The sub was just as yummy so I will give one star for that.

paid extra for mushrooms and peppers and this is what I got. a dry chicken cheesesteak with hardly any meat. won't order from here again

Terrible! The loaded cheese fries were cold and barely "loaded" as there was mainly cheese with barely any steak. The cheesesteak looked NOTHING like the picture. It was dry, cold, looked thrown together, barely had any steak on it and was missing the nacho cheese! I tried this restaurant because of the picture showing a really nice cheesesteak and my love for them. I thought this place would be good, but my wife and I were VERY dissatisfied and will NOT be ordering from here in the future. They are not up to par and are overpriced. We DO NOT RECOMMEND!
