The food doesn't look like the photos, they use slices over cheese sauce! Other than that our cheese steaks were amazing.

The Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak is very dry and the bread taste kind of stale. They barely give you any fries as well which were also super cold

Did not get add ons that aren't free. The order of fries was very small and undercooked.

This cheesestake restaurant ran out of steak. Instead of contacting me directly, they left it to the delivery driver to sort out if I would be willing to take chicken as a substitute. Then they said it would take double the time since they now had to cook additional chicken. Then when the order arrived, none of the add/remove instructions were followed, in addition to there being no meat on the loaded cheesesteak fries, and the items that were originally ordered as chicken were cold presumably because they sat and waited while they cooked the rest of the substitute chicken.
