Store substituted my items with what they wanted without asking for approval on my behalf and charged me an additional cost for the item they decided to send. Very disappointed. Recommend to shop in store instead to avoid any confusion and lack of communication.

Does this photo look anything like the example of bouquets? No. It looks like garbage, and the card wasnt even included. Just embarrassing attempt to congratulate my friend. Thanks.
