Delicious and consistently high quality on both the warm breakfast, hot coffees, and iced teas. They lose one star for selling less than stellar bread and pastry pieces. For example - the pumpkin and banana nut breads are often the tough, smaller end pieces (which I despise). Same with the coffee cake - 80% of the time they send the tough corner piece which I also dislike. One time, they even sent a slice of pumpkin bread that was 1/2 or 1/3 of the normal size - it was very obvious that they trimmed down the size which is not okay for the full price. They definitely should have substituted with the proper serving size of a different item if they were running out. I also frequent Peet's in-store and never have this problem. So to me, it seems to be intentional that they give the "less desirable" bread and pastry pieces in Delivery orders (at least that has been my experience).

I'm a huge Peet's fan and consume from them almost daily - but lately there have been disappointing mistakes. Today I received cow's milk instead of oat milk in my macchiato and this wasn't the first time but I declined to complain previously. Caramel Maccchiato is a daily drink for me right now and last week they put zero shots in it (instead of the 3 decaf add-shots). So I ended up with a cup hot caramel drink (which at least had oat milk that time). It would be great if they could be more consistent more of the time.
