• DoorDash orderFresh-Cut Fries were cold, Cheesesteak was beyond messy and the cheese tasted like government cheese in a can. They were also out of tea so can't rate that. Order took over an hour to get to me so it was all mushy and cold

• DoorDash orderOrdered sandwich and Fries. The fries were absolutely cold, hard, old and disgusting, The container was about half full and they were definitely not fresh. I only live about 2 miles from Penn Station and it was only about 20 minutes max from the time I placed the order to the time my food was delivered and at my home. It's clear the restaurant just served old, not freshly cooked fries in a half filled container. I hadn't ordered from Penn Station in over a year due to bad food and this is exactly why. Never again. I can't even believe they have workers there that would send this out their door to serve to someone.
