Food was extremely soggy, fries were very undercooked and gross. All of my food arrived literally falling out of a hole in the bottom of the bag. Poorly packed and handled, poorly made and cooked. Very disappointed

Received a "sandwich" that was entirely NOT what I ordered. Barely any chicken (on a large!), missing onions, mushrooms, AND grilled banana peppers!! Just a few sad green pepper pieces were on it. Chicken Teriyaki

I ordered the Grilled Veggie and unfortunately it was covered in meat juice and had pieces of beef mixed in the cheese. Inedible and unappetizing for a vegetarian. Chocolate Chunk Cookie was left out. Very disappointing experience from a location that I have frequented and been satisfied with in the past.

This sandwich had very little on it compared to what I normally get. Not enough chicken, mushrooms, peppers, etc. and no pizza sauce at all!! Disappointing as I love this sandwich, usually.
