overall food is almost always excellent. meat is prepared well, food is prepared quickly and seasoned well.
HOWEVER, the 台式三杯鸡/ Taiwanese Three-cup Chicken was filled with bones. Hard to enjoy your food when trying to dodge bone shards in your mouth!

Wow! Even though I was attracted to Petals of Peony by the 5 star rating and the great reviews, I surprised at how delicious everything I ordered tasted - yum!! The Sichuan fried 四川桂花饭/ Sichuan Style Fried Rice had very subtle aromatics and very tasty pork, green 干煸四季豆/Green Beans were perfectly prepared and seasoned and the 香酥鸭/ Crispy Duck totally blew me away (and don't skip the duck sauce!). The portions were overly generous so I'm looking forward to leftovers tomorrow for lunch. I can't wait until I can visit their brick and mortar store in person.
