The Shoyu Ramen was absolutely delicious. If you're like me and prefer a broth that is not creamy, go with this.
However, if you're in a hotel like me, call the restaurant and let them know you need chopsicks or utensils. This was ultra frustrating to eat with my hands.

I'm not sure what they have on top of the Tuna Avocado Bites but it was mush and not any identifiable fish. I also had the short ribs and they were tasteless and tough. I ate rice and seaweed salad, the end!
