Always amazing, best pho around, definitely recommend trying their P4. lean brisket, the broth is absolutely amazing, the brisket is extremely tender and the food is packed full of flavor! Favorite pho place in the PNW.

I love the food made at Pho Vi Van. However, it was disappointing to get my meal today. I ordered the crispy salmon which I often do, and for a 16 dollar meal the small rice container was packed very loosely, and not to the top.

The coconut milk tea had fantastic flavor, but what I need to talk about is N7. I have had it before, and it's so delicious it's been haunting me. I had dreams about eating it. It had the robust flavor of peanuts and chili oil and all the lovely, delicate flavor of the herbs, the beef is great quality and comes in separate bags like the pho with extra sauce packets. Thank you for your great food!

Never disappointed! This place rocks, peanut sauce is thick and lots of flavor! Pork is always cooked nicely and never chewy!

This is the best veggie pho in town! Their veggie broth is actually vegetarian (not beef broth, which is appreciated) and their tofu has great taste and texture. I always feel better after savoring this comfort food on a cold, rainy PNW winter's day or if I'm under the weather. Thank you!
