Excellent food does exist among mediocre garbage restaurants everywhere! my Empanadillas Meal was delicious and I will absolutely be ordering from Phoenix Coqui again! the empanadillas were larger than I expected and well worth the cost of the meal alone.

Mofongo with Pernil was delicious. The Mofongo didn't taste as freshly made or garlicky as I would have liked but good nonetheless. The Pernil was tasty but also could have been a bit fresher and juicier/more tender. Definitely willing to try again but maybe at the beginning of dinner service or at lunch.
