The chickn strips were so good. The chrunchy sesame is so good, be perfect with some good honey. They were tender and a very generous serving. I will be orderng these again. i

Amber went above and beyond when I called Pier One. I was unable to make any changes in the app, but when I called, she was super helpful! Both times I called! She made sure we had everything we needed while staying in our condo. I highly recommend the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms! (I didn't share many as they were my favorite). Although the Sesame Chicken Tenders were good, we were not prepared for the amount of sesame seeds. The seafood platter was more than enough for my son and I to share. Our driver was super friendly and did not waste any time getting to us! Highly recommend both Amber at Pier One and Rafael at Door Dash.

Pretty disappointed there was no butter, not for the crab legs or the bread. Marionberry Cobbler was really watery. There's no way to select the option to change how you want your Ribeye done on doordash, so it was very overcooked for my taste. I'm really impressed with how many Snow Crab Legs I was given so that bumped the rating up. No rice pilaf. Overall happy but would have been better with the ability to choose how the steak was done and... Crab legs should come with butter always lol.

Got the pan fried oysters, they were fine, I've have better, dipping sauces were good. Mashed potatoes had no sauce and no salt/seasoning. Green beans likewise had no seasoning. For the price is super disappointing.

We won't be eating Pier 101 again. The Cod Fish n Chips was soggy and cold. The mushrooms in the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were slimy, I could barely get the first one down, thought it was a fluke, so I tried a second... bad idea!
Substitutions aren't allowed on the app, it says you should call the restaurant. I reached a call center, who then contacted the restaurant instead of letting me talk to them directly. After confirming that my change would be made (ranch with my Dinner Shrimp Louis instead of thousand island) my salad still arrived with the wrong dressing. I still don't understand why the app doesn't allow choosing a dressing instead of defaulting to thousand island, but I digress.
My husband liked the Cheesecake, so there's that I guess.
Not a great experience, and we won't be back.
