Everything tasted good (I especially love the Pan De Bono Special), but my items were not hot when they arrived. The cafe con leche has the perfect amount of sweetness.

The sandwich was really half a sandwich and cold one at that. Everything was terrible, including the coffee. I've had food from here before, never had an issue like this. Choripan Cortadito

Empanada | Colombiana was so soggy they broke through the bag and i have to air fry them 3 times to get bit crispy and they still wasnt fully crispy on the outside from how much grease was coming out.
The breakfast of 2 Eggs, Ham or Bacon, Fries, Cuban Toast, Café Con Leche was alright, the eggs were good, fries were soft, toast was cold, and the cafe con leche was sugary ( i put no sugar) I couldn't even drink it. Still ate it all ( after reheating it in the air fryer but feel like this would have been better in person. I ordered delivery because im pregnant and cant drive at the moment.
Didnt take any pictures of the before because it didnt look as it came when writing the review

Ordered a Cachito and they gave me a cheese instead of ham & it was hard as a rock, the cheese was rock solid and hard to bite into.
Also asked for a light Cortadito and they gave me a very dark strong one . Empanada | Colombiana was good though.

The Croqueta Preparada was nasty. It doesn't even look like a proper croqueta preparada. They just tossed the meat in there and it looks like it was mutilated. The Montecristo was good. Although the bacon was slightly over cooked and salty. That's the only reason I gave it three stars. If it wasn't for the good quality of the Montecristo and the Café Con Leche, I wouldn't have given it even one star. I am very disappointed.
