4/12/2025 on a cold rainy NYC day at around 6pm, began to feel hungry and jumped on Doordash to see what was available. I have eaten at a Pio Pio restaurant before and was very happy to see they have a location here in the Bronx. Thank you Pio Pio for coming to the Bronx. I ordered Juanita's Chicken half, Saffron rice and beans and Empanadas de Pollo. Food was delivered fast and fresh, it was still warm when I took it out the bag. Everything was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. I escpecially LOVED the Empanadas de Pollo it had like a curry flavor which was so tasty and unique, Juanitas Chicken was juicy and seasoned perfectly. Everything was not overly salty which I LOVED because to much salt raises blood pressure. Once again I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Bonus that the hubby loves it! We love the food at the manhattn spot and this did not disappoint. We love Pio Pio!

We have been ordering from here probably 3-4x a month! This place is so fast with delivery and the food is also a hit. I believe we have tried most items and they are very flovor and well made. Our favorite being the Whole Juanita's Chicken dark meat only!
