My order wasn't ready when I arrived, but the employee worked as quickly as possible to not only prepare all the orders but also keep each person up to date on their order status and I appreciated his efforts. And after all that, my pizza was perfect besides.

The way the 'Personal Pan Pizza & Side' item is set up on the app feels like a scam. It's supposed to come with '2-toppings', but when you make the topping selections, you're paying 75 cents extra each, so now it ends up being $10 when it's priced at $6.99 in the store or on their website.
