My Dasher informed me they asked several times to check if anything was missing and the manager responded with nothing is missing, and yet never received my beverage

Upon my Dasher arriving with my order, I asked about the beverage I ordered. She informed me that it was not given to her. I called to the Store and was told they couldn't find my order. They asked if I wanted a credit or refund. I stated I preferred it be delivered like the rest of my order. I was told they don't have drivers. I told them to just refund me. Again, they couldn't find my order. I ended up having to drive to the store to get the beverage.
By the time of having to go to the store, retrieve the forgotten item, and returning home, my food was then cold.
Needless to say, I will order else where next time.
