Somewhat undercooked, which is a common problem with pizza my heart. By ordering the smaller size, I often get a better doneness, but even the 14" pizza was doughy and undercooked today.

Door dash wouldn't let us order anything but gluten free crust. The edges of the dry, tasteless crust were burnt black. The rest was ok. I would give them another try.
