Made a big order on Valentine's Day so I had a feeling they would be out of stock on some things. I was nervous I'd get an incomplete order as usually happens but the dasher informed me that whoever was preparing my food/drinks insisted on substituting everything that was out of stock "so no one would be left out", AND they refunded those items. I was very touched by this amazing service and it made our day. All the food and drinks tasted PHENOMENAL and we all had to pass our drinks around so everyone could taste everything haha. Our dozen begneits were replaced with a dozen delicious Scones. Our drinks were clearly labeled including the substitute one. We all got smalls but the replaced drink was larger and a nice choice (it was king cake latte I believe.) The rest of the drinks were the Peppermint Bark Latte, Peppermint Mocha Latte, vanilla Velvet Cream, Iced Matcha Latte (mine), White Hot Chocolate, and Green Tea Mojito with mango. Everything was so good and no one was unhappy.

The drink was only 3/4 full I ordered whip cream and Carmel drizzle and did not have it. Callled the store twice and all I got was a message saying no voicemail was set up.
