I typically love playa bowl but it was awful this time around. There was hardly any base and a huge amount of walnuts. Bananas also tased old. Very disappointed.

Delicious! I replaced the coconut flakes with almond slices and added pineapples. The Nutella Acai Bowl was filling and packed with flavor.

I ordered and gave them plenty of time for them to complete my order. I got there to pick up my order, there weren't any customers inside the store, I wasn't acknowledged for the first few minutes and my order was not ready. I did see however, about 6 employees goofing off behind the counter and all sharing a smoothie. There was one employee on the phone by the restroom ,she did get off the phone to help me get my order. The bowls were decent, but the service is terrible.
