Can't read an allergy label and rendered an entire bowl inedible because instead of being careful and avoiding the fruit that was indicated as an allergy, they covered the bowl in it instead. Could have been an honest mistake but these mistakes are dangerous and costly.

The server was very attentive and helpful. I called after placing an order to follow up to make sure everything was labeled indicating a gluten allergy. He listened and when I received the order, everything was correct and clearly labeled. I really appreciated that. I also brought to his attention a glitch in the inline ordering system- when I have selected gluten free granola in the past I have not received gluten free but only regular. It seemed on the store's end their receipt only indicated granola despite my selecting gluten free granola. The server said he would inform the manager, and I'm confident he did based on the care he took with my order. I really appreciated that.
