• DoorDash orderI would say the brown rice could have been cooked longer and there could have been less of it. The lack of shoyu sauce made the brown rice drier too. Portion wise, I would say that they put a lot of brown rice and there were approximately 4 pieces of ahi tuna and 5 pieces of salmon. I guess that is standard since it's just 2 small scoops.

• DoorDash orderThe bowls are great, but dont get the takoyaki(octcopus ball). You pay 6.50 for a centimeter sized piece of octopus in a soggy bread ball.

• DoorDash orderEverything was fresh and correct, I just didn't love it. I don't like chicken cooked that way (steamed maybe?) bc it's flavorless and too soft and moist to the point where you wonder if it's fully cooked (although it clearly was by the color) . I thought it was expensive for what it was. My single make your own bowl was like $16 but with one shrimp shumai app, fees, and a decent tip was more than $30 for a single person to order essentially fast food from there with no tip.
