No Latin flavor flat pork, bad soup. No condiments at all. Worst food that I ever had . Not even a pinched of salt. I believe that the prisons cook better than Pollo Tropical. For the prices the quantity and quantity is not there.

Forgot avocado slices and chicken was measly. $13 to $16 is a huge difference, especially in this economy. Very disappointed. Two bowls no avocado $40

This store never ever gets my order correct, besides the chicken being dry as the Mojave, I didn't get the beans. Dry rice with dry chicken, and cheesecake dry dated right on it Monday. But I'm nearly $30 lighter, great diet if you're looking to lose 💰 money. I took a year off, because of their consistency. Worst Pollo I've ever eaten from. 100%. And I have eaten at many throughout Florida and Georgia. Too bad you lost a rewards customer for life.
