The 3Pc Signature Chicken Combo was hot and fresh and finally I received a sweet tea. The ghost pepper 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings were hot and fresh as well as the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy and the Red Beans & Riceand Cajun Fries.

3/3 times chicken sandwich was not made fresh. 2/3 times I paid extra for frozen strawberry lemonade and did not get it. 3/3 Mac and cheese that costs extra as side was not a full serving that you would get at another location. 4/3 times the dasher had to wait 10+ minutes for order. I said 4/3 because one time the dasher waited a long time and left. I was assigned a different dasher who also waited a long time.

some of the chicken not cooked the way through!! out of 30 pieces I get one wing one wing. do not appreciate this at alllll.I have people over for the holidays how can I serve them this???? absolutely unacceptable!! for the money I spent for this mess SMDH never ever again.

The meal was cold. The chick tenders had little chicken. They were mostly the coating. If there was an ounce of chicken total in the five tenders, I would be shocked. They missed the correct dips.
