Family feast was great. Chicken very crispy. Loved mashed potatoes-gravy had a kick to it! Red beans and rice was just as expected in flavor - very good. Large Coleslaw was ok sorry KFC's is better. The chicken wings with sweet-spicy sauce was ok. Would have liked the sauce on side though, especially since they did not send the ranch dipping sauce they offered and I requested.

no flavor, dry chicken. red beans and rice had no flavor. used to be a huge fan of Popeyes. most expensive fastfood ever and couldn't eat it.

4Pc Signature Chicken Combo12 Mix & Match WingsSpicy Chicken Sandwich . were all great. ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp* was good but only got half of what is typical. not sure what happened there.

Wing quality- Poor
Wing flavors-Poor
French Fries - stale, hard, cold, old, not freshly cooked, tasted like they had been sitting around for a long long time
Presentation - terrible - sauces were terrible
Hire some employees that care about what they are serving customers
