My dasher said it took them 33 minutes to make my small order of two chicken tender meals. She took video of the popeyes workers playing around. She plans to report them. The chicken tenders were hard as a rock. Seemed like they had been cooked for hours.

Big Box Signature Chicken the chicken was old and fries were old,but the red bean sides and Big Box Tenders were hot.A hit and miss day maybe?

Though everything was hot the mashed Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy was lacking. It was more like eating just potatoes with a very small smidgen of gravy. Come on everyone knows that we get these for that amazing gravy. Stingy at best. The amount of gravy wouldn't have been suffice for a small much less the large I ordered. If I had wanted just plain potatoes that's what I would've ordered!
