I ordered the 16Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal that's supposed to come with 3 large sides. I ordered a large Mac n cheese,large mashed potatoes with gravy,and large red beans and rice.I didn't receive my large red beans and rice or my 2 Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie. I didn't receive a courteous call to inform me that the restaurant was out of the item I ordered. So I paid for something I didn't receive. Not to mention that the biscuits were hard as if they had been sitting out for a while other than fresh biscuits. The Mac and cheese were burnt. Overall, I'm unsatisfied with this order.

I ordered 2 3pc combo, and the pieces of chicken were all the same in each box(e.g. all legs and all wings) and very small. On top of that, it was overcooked and dry. Not too pleased for these overly expensive meals.

Omg. Chicken was horrible. Way over cooked or old . Something was wrong. Coating so hard you had to tear it apart to get to meat. Was extremely dry . Sides were alright . Biscuits were good and still warm. This is not the first time we have tried this place. Will not go back. Guess I will stick to chicken strips.
