Ordered the Festive Family Big Box, great value for great food! Food was hot and fresh. Chicken was crispy, the Chocolate Chip Biscuits I added was warm and sweet, everything was what you you would want from Popeyes. This location is running on all cylinders and I hope it never changes!

this place is terrible. the shrimp and tenders were soo dry and chewy, tossed it. Mac n cheese was cold and gritty. ordered a gallon iced tea, they only gave me 3 larges.. that's like half a gallon. no straws for the drinks, chicken in the sandwich was oil soaked. like they hot dunked it after it had been fried and drained already. this place won't last. Cole slaw was good tho.

First time trying this location - For years our nearest one has been so poorly run we gave up - old cold food, wrong orders, long waits and poor food quality (San Pablo location - if you've been, you know...).
This new place? We got fresh, hot food, well prepared... Exactly what you want and expect from Popeye's. Now here's hoping they hold to that standard and not go into the toilet as so many locations have done.

Absolutely disgusting "popcorn shrimp". There is no shrimp... it is fried breading and I ordered two orders. There is only breaded breading.

I am near Pinole and I would get my Popeyes delivered from San Pablo. This new Popeyes now being delivered from Pinole is terrible. All the chicken pieces I got is burnt. You can even see black on chicken. I don't know what it could be maybe employees are not trained or they dont care!!
