Its usually really good but the chicken was extremely chewy. And the bun was smashed down so much that it wouldn't cover the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo properly.

Three times I ordered with other things an order of bone in signature hot wings and three times I received bone in sweet 'spicy which tasted terrible. They were soaked in liquid sugar. I tried to call the store that made the order two times to ask the manager to teach the employees the difference between the wings but they do not answer their phone.

Unsatisfied with order.
Requested 3 piece dark meat meal... with mashed potatoes/gravy, and biscuit and a side order of red beans and rice.
Was given a wing and two white meat (breast) pieces.
Biscuit was hard and dry.
The Rice (in red beans/rice) was hard and inedible, was given more rice than beans.
Very disappointing...
