EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! TheFamily Feast had Mac and Cheese. it was Steaming hot and delicious . and the potatoes were hot BUT BARELY ANY GRAVY ON ALL 3 INDIVIDUAL SMALL SIDES OF THEM . DRY. BUT TASTY. The sandwiches were luke warm, but still delicious. THE 6 PIECE CHICKEN, NICE AND HOT! IAM VERY VERY HAPPY THAT WE FINALLY FINALLLYYYYY GOT A GOOD ORDER . The past few orders that we've gotten, we've been given cold cold gross food. we were shorted the whole chicken breast on our last order so this made up for all those times that it's been bad. Good job!!

The Big Sandwich Bundle Family Meal is a great value. The chicken sandwiches were delicious as always; crispy, juicy chicken with a soft pillowy bun and the right amount of mayo and pickles. The four sandwiches alone for the price would be good, but fries is a nice addition for a family meal.

DISGUSTING! MY MEAL WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE SIX PIECES OF CHICKEN, I RECEIVED ONLY FIVE, AND ALL IT WAS WAS ONE BREAST THAT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE RIPPED HALF THE SKIN OFF, AND THE REST WORDS ON STICKS AND WINGS. MY POTATOES HAVE LIKE A TEASPOON OF GRAVY IN THEM. COLD AND GROSS! THE BISCUITS WERE RAW HARD, LIKE ALWAYS. AND I PAID FOR EXTRA DIPPING SAUCES AND DIDN'T GET THEM AT ALL! AND THEN EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO REACH OUT TO THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE SHE'S RUDE, HOSTILE, MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE THE ONE WHO DID SOMETHING WRONG! AND THEN DOESN'T EVEN OFFER TO APOLOGIZE OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I AM TIRED OF HAVING THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS POPEYES BRANCH AT THE MAIN MALL HERE IN SOUTH PORTLAND MAINE. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THAT STORE OR ORDERING FROM THE STORE EVER! THE MULTIPLE TIMES THAT I PLACED ORDERS FROM POPEYE'S, I THINK ONCE OR TWICE OUT OF THE EIGHT TIMES THAT I PROBABLY ORDERED FOOD THERE, WAS THE FOOD ACTUALLY HOT AND GOOD. TIME FOR A NEW MANAGER!

the boneless wings were hard as a rock and barely had any sauce. the tenders were dry. they forgot sauces buff and honey mustard. the only good thing was the Spicy Wrap but I ran out of chicken before I ran out of wrap.

My food was delicious! The Mac and cheese was creamy, the Cole slaw crisp. My chicken was well cooked and the flavor was outstanding. So crunchy!! And I have to say my Doordash driver got it here steaming hot! Thank you!
