The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was crispy and juicy. And the New! 6Pc Wings were nice and spicy, I got the Ghost Pepper flavor. Overall a great experience.

The four piece meal only had 3 pieces and both meals only had original chicken not spicy like I ordered. The fries were obviously old and left over from earlier in the day. Our fry containers were half full of burnt chicken crumbs.

If I could put a negative I would, do not order here if you actually want all of your food or for anything to be correct. We spent $60.55 for 3 people and when we received our food the 5Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo was supposed to be spicy, not only were they plain but they were dryer than the Sahara dessert and had to have sat under the heating lamp for several hours. We never received our Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. The 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo and Large Cajun Fries was also dry and my red beans and rice were replaced with dirty rice. None of our soft drinks were even drinkable, they all were poured down the sink. We ordered the 2pc Cinnamon Apple Pie and were given strawberry biscuits Instead. All of these errors and substitutions occurred without a single message, phone call, or any communication. If you call and try to complain to a manger or even corporate, they tell you to just not eat there then. It's sad that this is the restaurant that's supposed to represent Louisiana

I ordered the 3 piece handcrafted tenders with two sides, biscuit and a drink. It arrived quickly, was hot and delicious. Love these tenders and will definitely order again.

Classic Chicken Sandwich was cold and the fries were soggy. Not what I expected when I paid 47.00 dollars for this meal. Not the fault of the driver at all.
