the chicken was very good. the mac n cheese was a little scarce ,but, tasty !

More tortilla than chicken. Pickles and cheese were included when I asked them to be left off. Blueberry lemonade tasted like NyQuil.

probably the best 2Pc Signature Chicken ComboI have had in a long time. It was hot(I paid extra for priority delivery) and tasted GREAT! Mashed potatoes were good too!! I wish the chicken tasted like this all the time!!

I’m reaching out because I had a serious issue with my recent Popeyes I ordered boneless wings but received bone-in wings, and my macaroni and cheese was completely missing from the order.
I only added the mac and cheese to meet the $12 minimum required for DashPass, so I paid more just to not receive what I ordered. I submitted a review right after my food arrived and received a message saying that due to policy, a refund couldn’t be issued. But this situation is not okay—I paid for an item I never received, and the main item was wrong.
I’ve attached photos as proof. I’m kindly requesting a refund or credit for the missing and incorrect items. I really hope this can be resolved properly, because I use DoorDash regularly and expect better service than this.
