• DoorDash orderIts usually an 80% chance that the food I order is good but today the fries were overcooked and my chicken sandwich patty was half cooked. Also I think the onions were going bad. Guess today was the 20% lol.

Hamburger was good and prepared correctly. no complaints as the order was done correctly which seldom happens with many resturants. a portillos order is always prepared and packaged properly as it should be.

The truth is that the only flavor that this hamburger has is its taste of having been cooked in the broil, the meat has no flavor at all
