The large Cheese Sauce was excellent with the Fries. However, the Cheese Sauce container was only about 80% full. The price has dramatically increased while the amount of Cheese Sauce has been significantly reduced.

Fríes were old- they did not taste right. We ordered a piece of eclair cake to share- and apparently they have changed the size of the slice- it was very small. Italian Beef Sandwich was good. Chicken Tenders were alright- the expeditor forgot the sauces-- so dry nuggets. For what we paid- the meal was NOT worth it.

This Portillos is awful! My fries were cold and undercooked. The cake I received look like someone had taken a bit and placed it in the container. When I called the store the supervisor Tye said they are aware of this problem but they haven't caught the culprit. No one seems to inspect prepackaged items before they are available to purchase!!! The cheese burger looked like it was put together by a five year old and the lettuce was wilted...far from crispy. Ive' really tried to stick with this location because it's close to home, but I am done.

The fries were half cooked and halfway filled up For the price they charge we should receive more fries than that. The Italian beef was suppose to be double dipped and my bread was dry. So disappointed with the overall order.

tbh the fry carton was less than halfway full and those onion rings are superrr hard, with zero seasoning. it actually taste terrible. only good thing is that they got my food to me in under an hour of me ordering.
