The soup was hot and delicious. Sandwich was a decent size and tasted good.

The Italian sub was very bland, dry, and salty. I used to go to the one at the Greene often, but this was not good. Maybe I was supposed to customize the order? But typically Italian subs come pretty loaded by default. Also the cookie was very dry. Can not believe this lunch including tip was $19. Good motivation to just pack my lunch.

Their bowl of soup is the size of a side cup at other restaurants, disappointed paying $10 for $3 cup

sandwhich and soup packaged very well it arrived hot and everything was correct. they included utensils and everything was very yummy. tuna sandwich was amazing and vegetable soup is very flavorful!

Ingredients always fresh and evenly distributed on a perfectly toasted roll. I like the way everything is sealed and sturdy bags
