Pizza was amazing! Fresh ingredients, perfectly chewy crust, and delicious. Will definitely order it again :)

We've ordered & eaten here many many times, and in general it is pretty good quality. But lately they've been making lots of mistakes (including ingredients not ordered; not including ingredients) and delivering a lower quality and lesser amount of food overall.
The most recent order had mutiple issues at once, all while it seemed like the pizza size has gotten smaller(!!!) and the crust has gotten much worse/chewier/lower quality.
For a place charging on the higher end of the spectrum already, these are very bad signs.

This has always been my goto for pizza...my favorite place. Tonights dinner was super disappointing. The Caprese Salad had almost no flavor to it. The tomatoe was not ripe and was flavorless. The mozzarella had an off taste to it. Most of it was tossed. The pizza was very good, except there was a big section that didnt have any cheese or tomatoes on it. This is a sauceless pizza, so that section was just dry crust. So between the inedible salad and the pizza... we were still very hungry afterwards. This is not usually my experience with Pupatella.

Soggy, floppy, chewy mess of a pizza. Very little flavor. Incredibly small pie for the money as well. Order pizza from literally any other store.

This pasta was so dry. There was may a drop of pasta sauce. The meatballs were hor . They taste so bland. I do not recommend. I order pick up and I'm literally right next door but my foo was bare warm.
