1st time trying it, and we are satisfied with everything. We will definitely be trying it again

Very frustrating. It seems 50% of the time I order from this store and clearly request Diablo queso, it shows up with regular queso. This is not the first time it's happened so I am leaving a review.

The protein in my food was cold.. it just made it disgusting. The rice was literally warmer than the protein. Which was also not warm It was steak. Hard to reheat when covered with veg/ pico de gallo/ sour cream/ salsa/ tortilla strips / lettuce.
Chips and queso was great, the queso was hot!
