Sha jiang Noodle 炸酱面 doesn't travel well: noddles stick together. The sauce is really nice and thick, though.
Mapo Tofu 麻婆豆腐 is really flavorful, but the sauce is really watery

Rice is good but most of the time it's too greasy. I don't end up eating the bottom part because of how much grease has collected at the bottom.

Sad, but it has been going downhill lately. Food quality is always an issue now, and ingredients are always missing in dishes. Use to be my go, too. But will not be ordering from here anymore due to all the complications.
