• DoorDash orderorder fully lotus fries with extra ranch and extra bacon it was so much ranch put into the box that the box is separated on the bottom I can't tell if I've got an extra bacon because of all the ranch the fries are soggy there's no Christmas because of all the ranch that was poured on them extra doesn't mean drown it

• DoorDash orderWhere to begin, the bag tore due to the condensation from the food. Both fries were lost to the floor, unfortunately. Luckily, or unluckily, we had the fries that came with the chicken bites to share. The fries were soggy and unappealing. The chicken bites were ok, not very crispy but decent. No complaints from my son about the spicy chicken sandwiches. The hamburger was gray and unappealing, definitely not fresh and not worth the amount we paid. Lastly, the slushy was 90% liquid and a chunk of slush by the time it got to us, regardless of paying for express delivery. Will not be ordering from Rally's again.

• DoorDash orderMy food is cold and I did not receive my funnel cake fries at all they did not put cheese on the chili cheese fries either I would love a refund on both items it's been twice I have paid over 50 dollars for food and received poor service
